The Browncoats are one of the oldest and most respected alliances on Luna, known for their strongly held principles of independence and common sense decision-making, as well as the strength of their diplomatic corps and charismatic political leaders. The Browncoats are not a military-minded alliance, but in times of war are known for their fighting ability and military leadership, and their resolve to stand firmly against overwhelming odds.

- June 10th, 2007: Browncoats officially launch

- June 21st, 2007: Peace/Intelligence/Aid Treaty signed with the GrPA
