The Atlantis Project (AP) is a growing colony and is affiliated with Snowdust Republic. AP was a colonial effort of the Empire of Lakar.

April 02 Founded by refugees lead by John Scott from the Lakarian Empire. Admitted to the Snowdust Republic.
April 07 the Atlantean Defense Force (ADF) is Founded.
April 11 An underground movement called "On Our Own" begins to hand out leflets supporting braking ties with the war torn Lakarian Empire. This action is quickly denounced by the Colonial Government.
April 13 Third Guard was deployed in defense of Augustica.
May 6 AP's population now reaches over 3000. "On Our Own" (3O) is becoming more vocal in the their support for separation.
June 4 AP's Population now reaches over 10,000. 3O is starting to gain ground. The group has been peaceful, however they are listed as "Highly Suspicions" by the Colonial Intelligence Force (CIF)
July 11 Attacked by The MJO Republic of the LUE. Thousands of citizens sign up for military service. (See The Four Days War)
July 16 One day after the end of hostilities by The MJO Republic, LUE member Multiuso attacks AP. (See The Broken Nose Battle)
July 17 AP comes to the aid of Tangia and Stanstanstanistan in The Ten Day War
July 19 OurKtm (aka GanjaLand) joins The MJO Republic against AP. SouthPark answers the call to aid.
August 12 AP loose contact with the Lakarian Empire after days of reports of civil war. 3O launches colony-wide celebration in public.
November 09 AP Declares on IRS member Mining Facility 4. War ends when both sides declare peace.

February 08 AP declares war on GOONS member The Great Cheese Mine.
February 09 The Great Cheese Mine calls to Parson's Crater for help and they accept. In responce, AP calls out not only to fellow SI member Nalka, but to Day Spa as well.
February 13 AP, along with Nalka and Day Spa, emerge victorious.
March After an inner conflict inside SI, AP finds itself in the Brotherhood.
Apirl 06 Following increased pressure from within, AP founder and head of government John Scott caved under pressure and withdrew AP from the Brotherhood.
April 10 By over welling majority vote, the citizens of AP have approved joining the The Celestial Entente.
May 23 After an investigative report in the colony's newsblog, the government has confirmed that it as been successful in the development and installation of a neural network.

The Colonial Intelligence Force (CIF) has a total of nine departments, though some details of the internal organization of the agency remain obscure.

Assemblage Department is the largest, with responsibility for espionage operations, with offices abroad under both diplomatic and unofficial cover. The department consists of a number of desks which are responsible for specific geographical regions, directing case officers based at "stations" around the moon, and the agents they control.
CALD (Colonial Action and Liaison Department) conducts political activities and liaison with friendly foreign intelligence services and with nations with which Atlantis does not have normal diplomatic relations.
Black Rock Division, conducts highly sensitive assassination, sabotage, paramilitary, and psychological warfare projects.
MIND (Mental Investigation and Neurodevelopmental Department) is responsible for psychological warfare, propaganda and deception operations.
Research Department is responsible for intelligence production, including daily situation reports, weekly summaries and detailed monthly reports.
AI Department is responsible for development of advanced technologies for support of CIF operations.
Internal Surveillance is responsible for intelligence gathering from within the colony.
